Erin Murphy, LPC

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a warm, grounded, and person centered approach to therapy. My career began working with homeless teens in group homes, working closely with the foster care system, and served in the family crisis intervention unit-experiences that shaped my belief in the resilience of people even during their most vulnerable moments. From there, I began working in schools as a guidance counselor where I developed a deep understanding of the emotional needs of children and families. I’ve worked in various therapeutic schools helping kids and families navigate mental health issues and behavioral challenges.

Today, I specialize in supporting adults through perinatal mood disorders, life transitions, PTSD, anxiety and trauma. Whether your navigating the challenges of new parenthood, recovering from past trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life a life change, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space to explore what’s holding you back-and help you move toward healing.

My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work work to uncover your inner strength, build emotional resilience and help you feel more grounded, whole and connected in your life.
